GV Films has signed an Memorandum of Understanding with the prospective sellers for acquiring Thangam Theatre at Trichy for its proposed Multiplex and other Hospitality industry projects at Trichy. By entering into a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire Thangam Theatre at Trichy, GV Films is setting its foothold in the Southern Tamil Nadu. This is the first theatre acquisition by GV Films.
